The Healthier Chicken Rice!

One of our group members, Anna, has taken a plate chicken rice from stall 3, in her recess time.


After analysis, we realised that the plate of chicken rice is very rich in proteins (chicken meat and egg), carbohydrates (rice) and fats (soup and skin). However, the amount of vegetables is very little. Thus, this meal can be make healthier and a more balanced meal by:

- Asking for more vegetables from the stallholder
- Removal of the skin
- Reduced the consumption of the oily chicken soup
- Have some fruits after the meal
